I’ll be honest, I was skeptical of the whole “glass skin” thing for a long time. It felt like one of those trends that looks great on TikTok and does basically nothing in real life.
Then I started using Medicube.
This Korean skincare brand has been all over my feed for months, and I finally caved and started building out their full routine. It’s been a few weeks and I genuinely cannot stop looking at my skin in the mirror. Not because it’s perfect β but because it’s glowy in a way it’s never been before. Like, dewy and clear and actually healthy-looking.
Here’s every product in my current Medicube routine, in the order I use them, all linked on Amazon.
Step 1: Zero Foam Cleanser
This is where the whole routine starts and honestly it might be my favorite step.
It lathers up really nicely, not stripping, not drying, justβ¦ clean. My skin doesn’t feel tight after I wash my face anymore, which was a problem I had with pretty much every other cleanser I tried. It has naturally-sourced salicylic acid from wintergreen leaf extract, which sounds fancy but basically means it gently clears out your pores without wrecking your skin barrier.
I use it morning and night.

Step 2: Zero Pore Pad
Okay these pore pads are what started the whole Medicube obsession for me.
One side is textured for exfoliation, one side is soft and hydrating. I use these right after cleansing, and the difference in my skin texture over the past few weeks has been real. Less rough, less bumpy, pores look smaller. They have AHA, BHA, and sodium hyaluronate, so you’re exfoliating and hydrating at the same time.
I use these every other day, not every day, especially when I’m also using the exosome serum. Don’t want to overdo the actives.

Step 3: Pure Pink Cica Soothing Toner
This is my calm-everything-down step.
It’s a lightweight toner with cica (centella asiatica), which is basically the gold standard for soothing irritated or reactive skin. I pat this on after the pore pads and my skin just drinks it up. It’s not sticky, doesn’t pill under serum β it just absorbs and preps my skin for the next steps.
Honestly this one is easy to overlook but I notice a difference when I skip it.

Step 4: One Day Exosome Shot
This is the one everyone is talking about, and it lives up to it.
Exosomes are essentially little messengers that tell your skin cells to repair themselves β reduce inflammation, produce more collagen, smooth texture. The Medicube version also has AHA, BHA, and PHA, so it’s actively exfoliating at the same time. The brand calls it “liquid microneedling” which sounds intense but it’s actually gentle enough for sensitive skin.
When I first applied it I felt a mild tingling β totally normal. After a few uses my skin texture started getting noticeably smoother and my pores looked tighter.
I use this 1-2 times a week, not every day.

Step 5: Ultra Light Form Pink Peptide Serum
This serum is pink, lightweight, and absorbs instantly.
Peptides help with firmness and elasticity over time, and this one layers beautifully under everything else β no pilling, no heaviness. I add this after the exosome shot on the days I use it, or use it alone on the nights I skip actives. It’s a great serum if you want the anti-aging benefits without anything feeling heavy on your skin.

Step 6: Collagen Night Wrapping Mask (use 2β3x a week)
I use this a few times a week and wake up with the softest skin.
It’s a sleeping mask with collagen and ceramides, and it basically wraps your skin in moisture overnight. I put a thin layer on after my serums and go to sleep. In the morning my skin looks plumped and refreshed β not greasy, not heavy, justβ¦ good.
This one is a nice treat-yourself step that’s still affordable enough to use regularly.

Step 7: Collagen Jelly Cream
The last step, and the one that gives you that glass skin finish.
This cream is interesting because it’s literally a jelly texture β clear, bouncy, and it melts right into your skin. It has freeze-dried hydrolyzed collagen and niacinamide, so it’s both firming and brightening. I use this as my morning moisturizer and sometimes layer a little on top of the night mask in the evening too.
My skin looks genuinely luminous after this. I’m not exaggerating.
